Check in was easy and fairly quick, however our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived. The staff is nice and very helpful. The Falls seems to have less to do than the Meadows, though.

A nice quiet place off the 76 strip, butt close enough do you are not constantly stranded in the Brandon parking lot (I mean HWY76).  Very comfortable.  Be advised, no elevators at this location.

We are currently on our vacation, and it has been effectively ruined because of my family's experience at this facility.  It took over two hours and 20 minutes to simply check in.  After driving in a car 7 hours, that was the the last thing we needed.  They first told us that we would have to move in the middle of our stay to a new room a couple doors down, who wants to move in the middle of their stay?  Then, the same problem happened with my parents room.  Luckily, they worked to fix that issue.   In addition to the split room issue, my parents room-which was to be accessible, was not.  So after checking in, and having a key issue, they finally got into their room.  Not only was the room not accessible as it should've been, there was a cigarette butt floating in the toilet.  After a couple calls, they were moved to a room that was accessible.  Day 2,  after spending the morning out and about, we have returned. Neither of my parents have had their keys near anything whatsoever that could have demagnetized them, however, their keys do not work.  So now, they have to wait, AGAIN to get into their room, luckily- my keys worked and they could stay in my room until the issue was resolved, however- they've had to climb (both disabled) many many steps to get to my room to wait.  For the millionth time it seems.  This is all because the check in facility if several miles from the actual resort. We are all over this.  We are again, sitting here waiting for the key issue to be resolved. Wasting our vacation time, AGAIN, and it is a only the 2nd day of our stay. I have spoken to numerous people, and paid a lot of money to stay here.....not one has offered to do anything for our time and trouble. If you want to enjoy your family vacation, don't stay here.   We all are fuming mad, and sitting her waiting, while we could be enjoying the day. Thanks Wyndham.

Tha Falls does not have the amenities of the Meadows and Mountain Vista. No elevators. It is off the Branson strip and relatively quiet and secluded. The key did not work at first. I wiped it across my shirt and then it worked. The mini fridge had a high pitch noise. Other than those few irritants, our stay was ok, could have been worse.

Very clean property, attentive staff and rooms are in excellent condition. Will definitely visit again.
