They allow animals which is very nice if your happening to travel with them. There is a slight odor to the property and to the rooms. We stayed for 6 nights. Even though the rooms were not serviced every day, the place was fairly clean. It had a nice kitchenette which was stocked with a setting for four. There did seems to be some maintenance issues where the fire department was called out a couple of days in a row and the the elevator stopped working. It left me feeling a little uneasy. The staff was very nice and friendly and the free breakfast was not too bad. The pool and exercise rooms were adequate. The grounds were well kept and the area seemed very safe. The location was great, only half a mile from the Waterway in the Woodlands which we were able to walked to with ease. In conclusion, I would say this would be a nice place to stay if you're traveling with animals or if you're not too picky an need an extended stay. Otherwise, I'm not sure I would want to stay again.

Very nice hotel Clean rooms Outstanding support from the whole staff who helped me in couple of issues during my stay that had nothing to do with the hotel but the showed superior performance and help Their manager assistant takes shifts and backup his receptionist team mates which is a very professional manner that I highly appreciated The breakfast is very good and delicious with different varieties The house keeping us doing a great job The fitness center needs attention It is very basic

The courtesy breakfast bar was very crowded, mostly with large families. The waffle station had a line because one person would be making three or four orders for their whole family. Other than that everything was great.

I was in a single room. It was very spacious similar to a small studio apartment. There was a full kitchen with all your basics for cooking (pots, pans, measuring cups, plates, bowls, etc. The bathroom was adequate and the bed very comfortable. I did not use the pool, exercise room, or laundry rooms.

I am so accustomed to any Marriott even ones in the lower categories being at Marriott's standards. I certainly thought being in The Woodlands that this location would have been quite lovely...NOT...old and dark looking the exercise room is horrendous...There are probably roadside motels that are more up to date than this place...would never stay there again and I love the Marriott experience luckily this is the 1st time I have been turned off of a Marriott property.
