If you are blind as a bat this is the place for you!! I understand the hotel is going through renovations, but that should not justify the absolute filth of operational rooms. First thing I did was check the bed. I am a housekeeping manager at a high end fishing resort and let me tell you those sheets were not clean!!! They even came with a complimentary bloody booger!!! The bathroom smells of mildew from the filthy shower curtain with a hint of piss. The toilet seat is broken and half the lights have burnt out bulbs. The staff has been very friendly but I would not waste your money staying here. You would have a cleaner experience staying underneath a bridge!

Disgustingly dirty rooms! We had to be moved not once, but twice! Chewed candy and chips left on the floor, makeup on the counter tops( easily could have been removed if the maid staff weren't lazy!) and pet food under tables! We had little ones crawling around and kids stick anything in their mouths so this is absolutely unacceptable!!!! We also found a USED CIGARETTE ON THE FLOOR!!!!! And this was in our "NEW CLEAN ROOM"!!! How disgusting right?!?! Also the entire hall reeked of smoke!🤢 The rooms were missing ceiling tiles, had dated decor, no microwave(but a safe? As if anyone that stayed here would actually have any valuables to stick in there.), and half the lamps didn't work or have an outlet to plug them in. One door to the outside looked as if someone had tried to break in. They hadn't replaced the spider cracked door but just left it there. To make you feel more secure the "final rooms" we had been moved to didn't even have the flip lock on the door (there are there just busted so non working) like the first rooms! Wow! Talk about consistency. In conclusion my family and did NOT feel comfortable, clean, safe, or "at home" in this Inn. (Also I think it would highly benefit the house keepers if they visited a seminar on how to VACCUM! Honestly it's not that hard but it seemed to be rocket science to them!)

A hundred dollar charge for canceling my room. Yes you read that correctly, they charged a "No-show" fee, even though I cancelled my reservation well in advance. I called and cancelled, my reservation, but a $94 charge still registered on my bank account. I've called this Red Roof Inn multiple times but they refuse to give me a refund. I've recorded my phone calls and have the manager lying and even trying to get me to pay more! This I all find as a very sketchy business practice. Anyway it looks like I'm going to have to bite the bullet with this one and just accept the loss of a $100 I should of known based on other reviews that I should of booked somewhere else.

It's in need of some updating, but the room smelled good when we walked in. The bed was comfortable, and most of the staff was nice. You can make your own waffles at breakfast, and they have other good options as well. We were there to catch a game at Arrowhead Stadium, and it's only two exits away on the freeway. Overall, it was a good experience.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is filthy. There are no signs of the renovations that were supposed to happen or are happening. There were very sketchy people in the lobby. I was told I was booked into a smoking room, which was literally uninhabitable (for a non smoker like myself). They would not give me another room. I left and found another hotel. They would not give me a refund, even though they said they were fully booked and could resell the room.
