Beautiful store awful customer service. I went to the store and spent a few hours picking out the items. They were supposed to email me the items we picked out. Never did. I went online and found all the items spending a few hours and then when I tried to call and purchase the items the phone call was so rude. She obviously was upset that day to be working. Then when I asked her name to get management she said it was Hillary the customer service manager. That was the best they got. Great place awful service and need HR training. I was just trying to order $15,000 worth of furniture, but was so rude I decided no way. I hated to do it too. Loved the items. Awful. Just awful.

To say that this location is incredible would be an understatement. I was absolutely blown away by each floor, but have to admit that the top floor + View were my favorite. I’m also absolutely enchanted by the patio area behind the main building. If you’re check this locale out, give yourself plenty of time! You could spend hours wandering around here.

How does RH Gallery Atlanta expect to sell anything with such rude service? Are they even interested in selling anything? The music is horrible and the same furniture pieces are shown multiple times. Save yourself time and go to a real store with real designers.

Placed an order 5 weeks ago have been told everything was paid for and the items would be shipped but we are still waiting. Have called multiple times but all we get is that they will call us back.
