Bad quality. Ordered 3 furniture items and all of them had minor damage. Have tried to contact customer service multiple times and have waited 30+ minutes each time without ever getting through. Delivery guys were nice and did a great job. Quality of the product is horrible.

As a note, PBTeen is part of Pottery Barn so watch out for Pottery Barn as the quality is more than likely the same. And Pottery Barn and PBTeen are subsidiaries of Williams-Sonoma so I'd avoid them as well.

I love Pottery Barn. I have bought many pieces from them in the last 2+ years. BUT this time they have really failed. The delivery team broke the armoire i bought for my daughter, which is ok and understandable. They told us Customer Service will call me within 24 hours to send another piece so we can reschedule another delivery. But no call or email has been received from PB in the last 4 days so I decided to call them. Called the scheduling team first and was on hold for 10+ minutes then finally connected then immediately transferred to Customer service. On hold for 30 minutes and nothing so I hung up and called again. On hold for another 20+ minutes finally someone talking! Immediately transferred  to  furniture department, and I am still on hold as I am writing this review, it has been 17 minutes. 2 hours passed, I have gone nowhere. 

PB teen, FIX this NOW!!! Hire more people, work on your information architecture, improve your purchase flow, whatever you can do.

Another issue with PB is that as soon as you place the order, they charge your card but don't deliver till at least 2 weeks later. Stores like Nordstrom won't charge you till they actually delivered the package.

Wonderful store and customer service is the best!!! We went to buy a bedroom for our son today. We saw it online but wanted to verify it is the right one in person and buy it from the store to be able to use a coupon. They were very friendly and helped us get it ordered quickly!
