Been coming here for over 2.5 years. Love the people and the programming. This is a great gym with great equipment and coaches. They offer a variety of times for class and open gym most everyday. Weightlifting and yoga are included in the gym price and they do nutrition classes as well. Getting your picture taken when working out is always fun too!

Fantastic group of coaches who guide and motivate. I appreciate the time they've taken to help me achieve many of my strength and conditioning goals over the past year. They all make safety and proper technique a high priority. The member community is top notch and very encouraging.

CrossFit 719 has outstanding coaches and an amazing community. They have created a space for anyone at any fitness level to feel comfortable just walking into class. So happy to have found my CrossFit family! **worth the drive from Monument**

Wide variety of performance levels and the coaches are experienced and attentive. The facility has a PT and massage on site and they are very willing to help you attain goals whether it's competitive lifting or maintaining your fitness. I've been going there for 4 years and the community is positive and adult.

This is a great place to get plugged in if your serious about fitness. I have felt welcomed at each of the different classes I have visited. As stated by others, the coaches are very professional, and focused on making you better.
