The facility is great. Barely anybody ever there so you're never waiting for equipment. Machines seem very new and great quality. Very affordable. Only negative is that I felt a little swindled when signing up. She never disclosed that it was actually a term contract until I asked and said she was unable to print out our contact details until the following week.

The hot tub is always broken and the pool is always so cold I can't swim laps for more than 30 minutes. Pool area is extremely dirty and they are often out of bags to put my wet swimsuit in. There is no sauna. On the weight lifting floor they barely have any free weights so I had to search around everywhere to find the weights I needed. A class was using the turf so regular members couldn't use it. In general it is not a pleasant environment and not very welcoming. Members check themselves in at the front desk so the staff doesn't even acknowledge you when you come in. Child care staff doesn't seem attentive and don't engage the children. I would not recommend this gym.

Love, love this gym. Highly recommended. I would have given it 5 stars, but the care of the equipment is lacking. Machines stay out of order for long periods of time which is frustrating. There doesn't seem to be a regular maintenance plan in place.

I originally signed up for this gym for the main reason that I was told to pay first and last month, BUT this was a month-to-month contract. This is hard to find because most gyms require 6 month or a year commitment. I had two other people with me while I signed up and witnessed this. A few months in, I asked an employee if someone could show me how to operate a piece of equipment I wasn't familiar with. The resolve was, "I don't have time to do that for everyone but you can sign up for personal training to help with that". Not the response I was looking for. Who would want to be in a gym that isn't helpful?! So, I made the decision to leave...I called and asked to cancel and was told I'd have to come in. No big deal, I thought. Except there are only 2 people who are able to do that and their schedules vary. Unfortunately my schedule didn't work with theirs for the next couple weeks. So, I called after I left work early and asked if anyone was there so I could come by and cancel my membership. She told me no and took my name and number and said she'd call me. I didn't receive a follow up call, so 4 days later I called again. I spoke with the lady and explained my situation and she has now informed that I'm am on a year contract and she cannot do anything about it. I explained the main reason I signed up was because I was told this was a month-to-month deal. She said that was impossible. So, great, I'm stuck because she said there's absolutely nothing she can do, I'll just have to continue to pay regardless.

Great place to work out! Clean equipment and nice and helpful staff. Upscale feel low price.
