I would NEVER EVER recommend this company!!! I scheduled a move on August 7th. I had to be out of my apartment by 5:00pm that evening. They showed up 2 hours late we with little boys who couldn't even lift a sofa. They brought NO tools, they did not have bubble wrap &/or anything to protect my items. After several hours and them not being able to lift anything, the young man on duty said he was calling more more workers in. 

I tried calling the Manager whom I spoke with and to no avail...so 3 additional guys showed up and all equally as inept as the original 2 movers. They were NOT even employed by this company!!! It turns out at the lead that was in charge of my move was only there for a month or two. I had to tell THEM how to pack a U-Haul based on past experience with a large home to move, this was a 2 bedroom GROUND FLOOR move!!! Well suffice to say, every piece of furniture I owned was scratched, busted or destroyed. 

I called and spoke to the Office Manager Kelley who never returned my call for several days, after calling daily I finally got a call from the owner who said that they would provide me with claim and did find out that there were MAJOR Issues with my quote and what was promised to me in this move. So here I sit in JANUARY, after sending them certified mail, texts, calls, emails with ZERO communication back to me. I am working with an attorney as well as contacting the BBB and the State Attorney General's office as this company can NOT be allowed to destroy thousands of dollars and memories of anyone else. 

I REPEAT...DO NOT EVER consider this company for ANY type of move!!!!!!

They scheduled me at 8 am.  After several calls and being transferred to multiple people, drivers did not show up until 12:00 pm.  I got several excuses.  Very unprofessional.  At the end I asked them to give me a discount for the 3 hours they made me wait.  They refused.  Will never use them again.  *The drivers were great, is management who have no clue what they are doing*

EXCELLENT Customer Care! I thought the movers were running late so I called to inquire and was immediately put in contact with the dispatcher. Long story short, Sales had scheduled my move for the wrong day but Frank said he would have someone there within two hours and they were right on time. Charlie and Kevis were very courteous and handled all my things as if they were their own - even after being called in on such short notice!! There was also a mis-communication about the price I was originally quoted and the move ended up being more expensive than I had been quoted which made me upset considering I was very specific with the Sales representative. The issue was handled on the spot by Charlie's manager, Brandon, who also spoke with me on the phone, sincerely apologized and promised to have the issue further investigated. I moved from a one bedroom apartment in under three hours for about $300. Later that evening I received a phone call from Frank who inquired about the original Sales quote and after discussion offered to refund me the difference and honor the originally quoted price - WOW. This company truly cares about the integrity of their business. Management communication was extremely impressive and I will DEFINITELY be using this company again for future moves. A very big thank you to you all for making a potentially stressful situation as easy as possible :)

These guys were great! I've used other movers in the past and they don't compare to these guys. Great prices and a great group of guys that did my move. Allison set up my move and and the head mover was George. I highly recommend this place!

Neighbors Moving and Storage did an okay job moving us from Delray to Boynton in May 2015. We had to put our household goods in storage with them for 4 months while we renovated the new house. We moved everything out of storage and into the new property in September 14th, and have yet to receive a refund for the 2 weeks of storage rental we didn't use, but paid for as of Sept 1.  I have called them no less than 10-12 times and been assured our $350 check is coming....but it's Jan 20th, we haven't received anything. Plus, each time I call, I am told someone will call me back the same day. Of course, that never happens. Wouldn't recommend this company at all.
