Absolutely impossible to get through. Was directed to call the call center, it is during the hours of operation, have to go through 2 min of messages and prompt only to not be transferred and be told by a computer "No one is available to take your call. Good bye." This is now my second day and TWENTIETH TIME trying to get through. This is absolutely HORRENDOUS. I grew up in MA and never experienced this whether for Unemolyment Insurance, health insurance, etc. I am so frustrated and disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Absolutely horrific support service.  The phone number amswers with a message to call back.  I lived in MA my whole life, this is tje greatest difference I have noticed.  The state support is a messy, unorganized, non functional operating machine. Anything state run seems to be totally broken, unemployment, child support departments have pending wait time for months. Noy minutes...actual months of lag time before anything is processed.

The only possible way to describe being unemployed in RI, and trying to use the teleserve system is, “nothing short of an absolute nightmare.”

There are some Nurses, Lab technicians,  Phlebotomy technicians,  in Rhode Island that works in the hospitals for years and years without having their National Board Certification License to be properly and safety enforcement.  Where is OSHA..?  Rhode Islanders considers them as "GRANDFATHER IN".  85% malpractice rate in the State of Rhode Island.  Can I please request some HELP!  Appel D'urgence!!
