The Warwick Office of Social Security has undergone a wonderful transformation.  Gone are the long waits with only only overworked woman attending to everyone.  The office has been totally remodeled. There are now two windows and three staff to serve the public. When I was there there was no line at all... it was wonderful and a huge change.

The female employee that my mom and I spoke with was Very attentive, patient, considerate and Very helpful. Iv nothing but good words to say about the scheduled call from her that we got. 2 thumbs up. 😃

Only 1 Teller for 4 windows and 10 "customers". What is the point of the armed guard? Put him behind a desk and have him provide service to people... Waste of money. Taxation is theft.

Excellent experience in-house, but don't bother calling. This office is terrible over the phone. The staff rarely answer calls, and even more rarely return them. However, if you take the time to go in to the office, they are polite, efficient and knowledgeable. When you walk in, the room is usually full to capacity with waiting clients, but the line moves along fairly quickly. I'm usually in and out within 20-40 minutes.
