Food is very good but I'm not impressed with the customer service. Stopped in to pick up a kids meal and the girl at the counter made me feel like I was trying to cheat them and needed to show proof I had a kid. Then even though I'm ordering off their menu on the counter the price rung up was higher. When asked why, I was told they must have changed. No apology or correcting of the price. And she made ME feel as if I was the cheater??? My family won't be going back to a place that doesn't appreciate your business and has misleading prices. I did comment on their website over a week ago but apparently no one in Management reads or cares. No response.

Purchased a BBQ Pulled Pork slider and Coleslaw to-go. Obviously the sandwich is going to be messy so why wouldn't employee throw in some napkins when bagging it up? Oh, by the way maybe put in a spoon for the coleslaw! THIS WAS A TAKE OUT ORDER. Slider sandwich was good, slaw was warm and not tasty. My bad for not looking in the bag for the spoon and napkins before leaving I suppose. This was my second trip to Rib Line. The first wasn't any better. Disappointing on a number of fronts. CinCin.

I’ve gotten great food from here before, but unfortunately It’s a hit or miss with this place, mostly misses. Do not ask for any of your food to be altered because they will not do it. If you don’t want tomato’s or something on your food, you’ll most likely get it. Plus it’s usually soggy and cold.

Always a great option for lunch or dinner. I've never been disappointed here. We use them often the get lunch for shop meetings and it's a great option for a big family dinner when the in-laws come. And the food is top notch.

The best tri-tip sandwiches in this area. Nothing else is even close.
