We went to a Chicago Dealer week before coming here & after being lied to & feeling like we were being pulled into the mob (we said 'only looking not ready to buy') & finding out all the extra added fees they add on, we moved on & found our dream car here. Tim E was one of the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He worked with me over the phone & was extremely fast in getting back to me & offering a great deal over the phone, imagine that! No extra 'hidden' fees & Finance Mgr was the same, got a great rate & car & no head games. Tim even made himself available on his days off. All the paperwork was ready to sign & it was the best car buying experience to date & we have bought many. I highly recommend them for all the above reasons A+++ in our book!

I have had a very positive experience with this dealership.  We specifically dealt with the salesman John Tierney and I was pleased that he offered his personal contact information--this came in handy to coordinate when our car needed servicing.  As a side note, I would also recommend Honda Care when you buy your car (service plan administered through Honda, not through the dealership).  In my experience, they are more professional, organized and timely than AAA.

Dealerships tend to be opportunistic and this one is no exception. I took my car in for an estimate on a scraped bumper and was told it would be $1200. Then I took it to a smaller business and was given an estimate of $550. I can't say I've ever had a good experience at a dealership.

The second time I went there was for a sensor that had gone bad. I had been putting off taking it in for a whole year because of how much I hate going to dealerships. I was told by my regular mechanic that it was a $15 dollar part, so I sucked it up and eventually took it in. A couple of things happened on my visit. First, the estimate was for $250. This was a huge surprise, although I'm not sure why -- see the previous paragraph. And, second,  the cs rep just up and walked away from me when I told him I wasn't going to have this fixed. Not "ok let's get you checked out," not "follow me back to my desk" nothing, not a single word, just got up and walked away. It was incredibly rude. Then I paid $35 for the estimate. This was the exact reason that I had taken so long to bring it in. And even though the cs rep insisted up and down I *needed* Honda to do because it had to be calibrated correctly, I took it to Discount Tire anyway. They did a *great* job, charged half the price and it was an all-around good experience. Unsurprisingly, there was no need for Honda to do it at all.

Great personal service from Rick in the service department.  Calls made when something was found that was not planned and everything explained well.  Calls made when vehicle was ready for pickup.
