I have never had an easier experience with any kind of business. Mark, my salesman, always kept in contact with updates and making sure any questions were answered.   Christian in the business office was very thorough with all of the paperwork and made sure that I understood everything he was presenting to me.  Kudos to Yogi in the detailing shop. Yogi made sure that my new dream car shined  when I came to pick it up.   When I thought about ordering my first ever dream car I had no idea what the process would be like. The team at BMW of Dubuque made sure that this was a very comfortable and informative adventure.    I would recommend the Dubuque Auto Plaza and BMW of Dubuque to anyone looking for a new car or used.
