Had a  Great experience at tandem. My 2012 Dodge journey was  able to get squeezed in for new tires right before a snowstorm and having to travel out of town. Very thankful for their rapid service and great pricing! The staff was friendly and JJ was especially attentive! Will continue doing business with them!

These guys are great! When I lived in Dubuque, they stored my seasonal tires for me for an extremely low price, and about a year ago, one of their staff scuffed my wheel on my WRX. I let the manager know what happened, and showed evidence, and they replaced my wheel with a brand new OEM one. He apologized for the incident, and made it right. What else can you ask for? Would highly recommend them.

The staff is very pleasant and explains everything.  I have had a few emergency situations and they were able to fit me with their busy schedules!

Refused to warranty my tires because I had my alignment done at a Hanley auto. Tread lasted half of the warranty time and I had alignment done same day at Hanley because it was 20 dollars less. They just try to get you to buy what they need to get rid of not what you actually need. Tandem downtown is a little better but still bs about the warranty
