A great all around experience! Nolan (sales rep) and Erik (Manager) took excellent care of me.  No pressure sales paired with great follow up customer service after purchase.  I had a few issues with the used vehicle I purchased that I didn't notice immediately - brought it back a week later with no warranty and had over $1000 of work done free of charge (and I got to drive a 2018 RAM loaner for a few days).  The service staff was very helpful and easy to schedule/communicate with.

I was at this dealership on 2-17.  I was fortunate enough to have a free oil change and tire rotation coupon.  The wait was long but worth it for a free oil change.  The only thing is I am concerned that my tires weren't rotated.  Reason being that I have a four wheel drive and the front tires wear faster than the back.   My front tires are still more rounded in front than the back.

I've found the service department to be a mixed bag of great and mediocre. The online service scheduling is a joke: it doesn't matter what day or time you put in a scheduling agent has to call you to setup the actual appointment. My last visit required a shuttle ride to my office (roughly 1 mile away) and back. The ride there was perfect but my pickup wasn't going to happen for at least an hour after my shift was done because the shuttle was going to be sent to Minneapolis first despite me being less than 5 minutes away. Thankfully a coworker was able to give me a ride to pick up my car. The service performed is always done correctly and the check-in/out agent is always pleasant, but it's the other parts that stop this department from receiving a full 5-star review.

As a side: purchasing a vehicle from here was a breeze and very pleasant...5 stars easily.

Dodge of Burnsville has always been great to me. They are speedy and efficient. I’m always in and out within a half hour. Adam Saba and Aj Coleman have great communication skills and always make me feel at home. I highly recommend going to this location if you are looking for great customer service and awesome deals on top of the line vehicles.

The sales person was great to work with (Ella) no BS or pushy sales approach which was refreshing.  My used truck had some issues after I received new tires (unrelated to the new tires) and they diagnosed the issue and took care of it quickly. Jerry in service was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. They also lent me a very nice rental car which was important to me.  I really had an amazing experience all around with multiple departments and people here.  I would recommend & shop/service my truck here again.  Nice to know there's another place I can trust.
