In the past I haven't had great experiences car shopping. I honestly wasn't even excited to go to yet another dealership but finding an amazing price listed on the website for my dream car brought me two hours away from home to Richfield Bloomington Mitsubishi. Rodney Jackson was my salesman and he was beyond incredible. I truly felt he had my best interest at heart from the very beginning. Completely no pressure and he was just so kind and sincere to both me and my 7 year old son. He even rearranged his work schedule to accommodate my needs. Seriously amazing! I also need to throw a shout out to Freddie, who went thru all of the financial end with me. Once again it was a very personable experience, I didn't feel pressured and I honestly feel like if I ran into either of these men in the future, it would feel like seeing an old friend. I'll never car shop anywhere else and I can't recommend these guys enough. An absolutely stellar experience!

My first 5 star review didn’t justify how excellent the service here is. This place literally is top notch - they’ll do everything to help you out. I started blowing tires on the Back Right Passenger side for the longest time, 3 tires later I took it in to the dealership for the first time and they found out my Suspension was warped during shipping and replaced it for free - another time they replaced my License Plate Frame for free, ordered Weather Tech for the front of my car and it came in 48 hours, they’ve even helped me get a rental for a few days for free during that suspension problem that was replaced at no cost. Couldn’t be more happier!

We were in the market for a small economical vehicle to replace our Toyota Prius C and were lured to this dealership as they were offering a $25/gas card to test drive their vehicles on their website. We were interested in the Mitsubishi Mirage as it met our needs on paper. After the test drive, we were told the $25/gas card was no longer being offered. We took Duane's word for it but when we revisited RB Mitsubishi's website, the incentive was still being offered. As a result of our experience, we found this dealership to be untrustworthy and would never consider doing business here, despite having owned 4 Mitsubishi vehicles.

Note: The Mitsubishi Mirage barely qualifies as a car. It was incredibly crude and the noise/vibration/harshness was extremely off-putting, even in context of it being an inexpensive, small car. We looked at a Honda Fit and it drove far better.

Duane was so unbelievably helpful and extremely pleasant to work with! This was my first car purchase ever and he was very patient with me! He was very knowledgeable and friendly making my overall experience enjoyable! I was able to find the car of my dreams! THANK YOU! Highly recommend taking a look here!

The staff there are amazing because they are personable and helpful.  My first interaction started with Randy. I gave him my price range/ wish list and he and his talented team worked together to make the entire process as simple as possible.
