My introduction to the facility went very well. There wasn't a long wait and the staff was very kind and courteous. The problem came when it was time to get the results of my tests. As instructed, I called the number provided and the voicemail instructed me to leave a message and someone would return my call within 24 hours. Unfortunately, when I did get the callback the day after my initial call I couldn't get to the phone because I was at work. At my earliest convenience I called back during their normal working hours and got the same recorded message. I left another message with the times I would be available to receive calls. I called several times thereafter, hoping to get someone at the office during normal business hours and I got the same recorded message every time. I finally received a call back 6 days later but it was, once again, outside of the times I would be available to receive calls. I tried calling back that day but got the same recorded message once again. I called the day after and this time I couldn't leave a message at all because the mailbox was full. I even considered going down to the facility in person for my results but when I get out of work they are closed for the day. It has been the most tedious experience with a health care facility. I expected much better. While the intro was great the follow through was way off. I'm probably going to end up at another facility to have the same tests redone. I don't see myself ever returning to this facility for lack of reliability and availability.

Horrible service. Sarcastic attitudes and they will laugh at you when you walk away.
