A state department that allows sham businesses such as VitalChek access to public records should be dismantled. This company that VDoVR advertises, VitalChek, has been sued on multiple occasions for raping customers of exorbitant fees with the promise rapid delivery, all the while colluding with UPS to falsely notify customers of shipments that never occurred. What an unsurprising disappointment!!

VR'S never answer the phone even after waiting an hour for someone to pick up, or the line is busy. They stole money $12.00! The letter was sent in without the copy of an ID by accident. I sent in a second lwtter with everything again but with a copy of the money order receipt. I receieved the second letter back, but I never received my money order back. I called and they said they show no record of either letter being sent in. What?! How often do they lose people information?! Who is running this facility and why do they still have a job there??? Oh, right because it's a government agency... This is BS. I can't afford to spend all this money for one first certificate! They should be free for the amount of money we are charge from the hospitals it should be included. Nope, yet another scam to keep the little American's poor because that is what we really are poor a**holes who don't care about anyone else, but themselves. I plan on filing a complaint and I will find out how. GO TO THE DMV ($14)!!! THERE IS NO REASON TO GO THROUGH VR's EVER!!!

If I could give them a no start I would! We sent off for a birth certificate over 6 months ago. We have called and begged for a supervisor NUMEROUS times only to be transferred to voicemail left messages (at least 3-5) every other week and still haven't gotten anywhere with them. In Florida so we can't just run down there to pick up what we've paid for. BEWARE sending them ANY MONEY through the mail!

We have been calling for over a month to get a change implemented to a birth certificate and have been stonewalled by customer service at every opportunity. They claim to take all calls serious and care about service, but they have done nothing at all. I like a job where I get paid to do nothing so maybe I should apply.
