The manager Kimberly is very rude and very greedy.  She won't let her employees do their job, she has to step in that way she can steal the sale. She ruined the experience of picking out my engagement ring.  And although she acts like she knows everything she really has no clue and if you prove her wrong she will argue with you.

I could not have asked for more attentive help in sizing a very valuable and precious ring to me.  Their Gold Smith, Abby asked me many questions before working on my ring and was so friendly and kind as were the manager and ther other employee present.   Excellent customer service!  I will be back to shop again!

This place is a complete RIP OFF.  The "Manager" is rude and just plain NASTY. Ruined my watch by putting in the battery incorrect and not putting back the water seal gasket! When asked for some compensation she offered "Sorry" then laughed in my face. Finally offered to send it in to SD to have it examined to see if it was repairable but I declined for it would take four weeks to even get a answer.  This speaks volumes of the quality of merchandise they sell! Avoid this place, there are plenty of other Quality Jewelers to do business with in the Salina area to be RIPPED OFF by such a low life organization like this!
