The folks I talked to at Riddle were very helpful in my process of selecting a men's wedding band. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and they worked closely with me to get me what I needed. A big shoutout to Adrian who was super helpful, not pushy, and very informative. As someone who has never worn a ring before, Adrian really helped me figure out proper sizing and what to look for in various metal types. Great work all around. Would recommend.

Great customer service. Good quality jewelry. j was there around noon, without setting up an appointment and the store was not busy and I was not interrupted by anyone while working with the staff there on picking out a great Valentine's gift. Although they did not have exactly what I was looking for, I purchased something that was better. I will come back here in the future.

I walked in to riddle’s tonight to get a link added in my watch! It has been super tight on my wrist and they did it right then and there without an appointment! He was super easy to get along with and he tried it on before and after he added the link in! And asked if I was okay with how it fit. I will be returning to Riddle’s next time I need to buy jewelry! Thanks for a great experience.

An acquaintance recommended Riddle’s Jewelry for a perfect Valentine’s Day give for my girlfriend. The word perfect is an understatement for what they helped me pick for her! Great, knowledgeable staff and beautiful gifts for any occasion! It definitely feels more personal than other places!

Jose and his staff treated me like I was their best friend. Not only were they knowledgeable, they helped me find exactly what I was hoping to purchase. What a fantastic and stress-free shopping experience. I will definitely be back.
