Glad we did our research before hand. Went in for fiance's wedding band and the associate could not answer any of our questions about metal types or scratch resistance, used words like "probably" and "I would think so". Not very reassuring for such a big purchase. The other store associates did not help us when we approached them. Never received a call for when the ring was ready, had to call and ask for myself to found out it had already been in for a week...

Easy website. Great face to face customer service.  Crappy online customer service.  I sent an email on the 21st at around 2AM and now it's the 23rd and I haven't received an email back!. I only want to know where my order is right now and what day is supposed to be delivered to my house.. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!!
