Best prices, climate control. They are open late. But not 24 hours. I started with them when they were smart bargain and I loved almost everything about it. They changed owners and changed policies so a little less on the payment leeway but not terrible. Trouble paying last month because they had just changed it but hopefully that will be resolved quickly.

The experience was comfortable and organized . The manager was professional and knew what he was doing. Price options were reasonable and the facility was clean and well monitored. Highly recommend!

I've been a customer of Smart Bargain for several years. I would not only refer this company also their manager, Jeffrey who is a outstanding property manager. The unit's are clean, there climate control really is efficient. I had previous experience in the storage business. When I needed a unit I looked beyond where I had worked. That to me speaks volumes. Customer service should never be undercut due to the economy. At Smart Bargain its a quality location,an exceptional clean property. A manager who take's pride in the company he work's for.Gives excellent customer service and the security camera's really work.That's safety an peace of mind.I will continue to recommend this location to anyone. I'm charged $121.38 per month for a shipping container. Upon signing the lease "Jeffery" verbally expressed to me when I signed said lease that I would not have any issues operating from the property, I informed him I buy and sell items and I'd have at least a customer come through per day given the need for storage space and 24hr access, He informed me he is happy to have me as a customer and it absolutely wouldn't be an issue, even sucked up on the situation and told me he wanted to pass my cards out and represent me. The facility is run by a fella named Jeffrey Bonner, a few weeks after leasing I received an email stating I have visited too frequently (on average there was a visit once every two days which is completely normal, less than normal for my type of business) when Jeffery and I had already had this discussion and I had disclosed what activity I'd be involved in! He "Jeffery" personally emailed me saying I was holding gatherings or something and asked if I was moving out when I was photographing some of my furniture in front of my unit. I have always went above and beyond to keep the peace. To define the situation more, I have paid on time every single month!! Good hard earned honest $ and I have abided by the lease terms the entire time I've rented. I even went to the extent to clean the exterior of the unit I rent, I'm assuming a prior renter wasn't happy and threw some furniture trash on top of the unit. I got my ladder and took care of it, even disposed of it on my dime! To sum up my experience, Jeffrey Bonner is too timid to speak with you about any "claimed" issues, He emailed me most recently in regards to an animal policy that doesn't even exist, relating to pets not being on a leash on the property, I have absolutely nothing to do with that if he did see me with a dog it's because "that dog" was on your property laying in the shade behind the container I rent trying to avoid death, severely malnourished. My point being the guy "Jeffery Bonner" was watching me so closely he noticed the stray dog as well as my own didn't have a leash but he didn't notice the puppy herself in the parking lot he manages... Dying and stranded. Something isn't right with the man, I never have received word from the company directly therefore it leads me to believe the property manager has a personal bone to pick with me for some reason. So I feel compelled to expose this so called five star establishment. Long story short the manager "Jeffery Bonner" is on the verge of being tried in court for harassment he's no good for business, the man is a filthy lier and will talk up false pretenses just to get you to sign a lease! I will also be forwarding this directly to his supervisor whenever I feel like it. The lease has absolutely nothing in the guidelines of the standards and procedures of animals on their property therefore it's the same standards as if I were in a public space with a service animal that is completely under my control and as to the stray I had to pick up at this location.. your welcome Jeffery. They require and insist you use their locks and absolutely did charge me every penny for it. He stated I have restroom access, now I've only used it like twice for my entire term 6+ months of renting there but he felt it necessary to email me and Inform me I cannot allow anyone with me to ever use the restroom and only I have access which that wasn't even an issue. I never even requested so. Perhaps he simply is having some power and control issues or mentally feels some need to contact me every time the wind blows. There's no reason to email me at all ever in this type of business relationship unless related to the monthly payment requirement which has always been meet before necessary. I really have no idea why he feels it's ok to operate like this. Have respect and appreciation especially for a good timely and respectful customer and the business will thrive but continue these antics and it will yield negative results. Thanks for reading.
