U-Pack made my move so much easier!! They were patient and helpful when I called to ask questions. I really like how they drop your cube and place it so it's easy to access. The delivery was fast and right on time. I appreciated the friendliness of the people I  the phone as well as the guys who dropped off my cube at my pick up and drop off locations. Also, A GREAT VALUE! For long distance, you couldn't get a moving truck any cheaper and they save you the hassle of driving a big truck yourself. I would highly recommend U-Pack! They made my move easy and stress free!

I have moved cross country with u-pack twice now and recommend them to everyone. Their service is second to none, prompt, helpful, and courteous. No one beats their prices for relo-cubes, and you can safely store them at their locations until you're ready. Worth every penny.

If you are moving, use U-pack, out of all moving companies I've used. They are the best. Great customer service, they deliver pods faster, safer, and cheaper than any of the other companies that offer pods.

I am especially appreciative of the cost savings. I first got a general idea of what regular moving companies charge and realized I would be paying more than  my small amount of furniture cost me. I then looked at all the "cube" companies and U-Pack seemed to have the best rate. I did not hire their packing crew, but did hire a local moving company. They had my pod loaded in 30 minutes! I ended up having the pod stored for a month since I had not completed a purchase on a new house (moved from AZ to OH). I did learn a few things about packing - be sure the contents of boxes are firmly packed to the top or the weight on top will settle and possibly crush what is inside. Also, make sure all surfaces that could get scratched are covered with blankets. My dining room table had a scuff. But these are packing issues, not transportation issues, so U-Pack is not to blame. My only negative comment would be that if you need to store beyond the end of a month's time, you get charged another month's fee - they do not do prorated (day-by-day) rentals. Fortunately I made it just under the wire!

Excellent service.  Made our move easy, quick, and afforable.  Very professional customer service.  On time drop off and pick up.  Highly recommended.
