love the pharmacy, if you go as many times as I do then they remember you and are really nice to you. The rest of the store is very nice and clean, well stocked, and the staff are always nice. The plenti points deal gives great discounts - this is my go to store for lots of things!

Always friendly and have been able to help me out when my current Riteaid was unable or out of the prescription I needed. Never a complaint or indication it was an inconvenience.

First let me start of saying that the people that work there are nice. 
That being said, this place needs someone that is in charge to get things in order. First, they lost my adderall prescriptions. Not one prescription but 3! I was with out that med for 2 weeks at a time. Secondly, they will tell me that something came in.. That it will be ready by 10am or even with in 30 mins. I will go in or call and I'm told it won't be in/ready for hours or even days. 
This is not ok. So who ever is running this place needs to get their staff in check or needs to tell them to kick rocks.
Once again, they are very nice. Just not organized 

Follow up a few months later. STILL a horrible pharmacy. Again. The people are nice. I just don't know if they have any brains. I have them 3 month prescription and they have lost it. This is not the first time. I am leaving this Pharmacy!

Terrible.  They are so incompetent in the pharmacy.  They didn't have 1 of my prescriptions available until the next day and they hadn't even bothered to call any of the other 3 Rite Aid pharmacies in the area to see if they had it. I had to ASK them to do that,  then the guy gave me a TON of attitude.  I gave it 2 stars because the pharmacist was decent and apologized.  

***update*** 12/14/15

They  are even worse now. Can't  fill prescriptions,  they get them wrong or don't  get them done at all then I have to come back. They don't  call when they are ready. Nothing.  Totally  incompetent people  working  there.
