Terrible. They consistently are slow getting your medications ready and almost every time a medication is called in, they don't pull it until you come to get it. So after HOURS of having your medication, it's still going to take 40 minutes to fill it

Horrible service. I normally use Keizer Mt.Talbor Pharmacy they take no longer then 15mins on the worst day to fill a prescription. I went into this Safeway Pharmacy and dropped my prescription off didnt ask how long it would take. Did my shopping, came back almost an hour later and they hadnt wven touched my prescription. I asked how long it would take, and they got very short with me. The lady at the counter turned and ask the pharmacist how long it would be, without looking up the pharmacist told her to tell me to come back tomorrow. When I went back the next day they still hadnt touched the prescription and told me it would be 30mins!!!?? I was there for a prescription they had in stock, how long does it take to count out a few pills and hand them to someone. Well according to this pharmacy it takes over 24hrs. Which they said is normal. I wont return to this pharmacy ever. I worked in the healthcare industry for many years and many of my family memebers are still in the industry. It shouldnt be a standard for a pharmacy to take 24hrs to fill a prescription. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE!

Horrible service every time, guaranteed. Slow, rude, any prescription will take 30mins or longer to fill, this is there policy. They claim to not have a complaint form. Are extremely rude if you complain about how slow they are.

On multiple occasions we received notifications that our medications were ready for pickup. They were not. We drove all the way from Canby 3 times, only to be told sorry. On top of that, one of the pharmacists is completely rude b word. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone as it is poorly run, and it hires insensative jerks to run the counter.

Great store. The meat was good the first month they opened. Now its crap. The pharmacy has great people working in it. Rene PharmD. is really nice. She'll do her best to help you out. The assistants are very nice as well.
