The pharmacy is a complete joke. They will have prescription that were sent over from a doctors office for 4+ hours then tell you that they need 2 more hours to fill it because I the customer didn’t call to have it put in line. You would think the fact a doctor send over a prescription for a patient means that it should be put in line to fill. The older male pharmacist is completely rude and the younger male cashier person is even more rude. I really hoped with them getting a drive thru that it would speed up the time it took to get prescriptions but it has just made it take ten times longer. I have also had to tell them no less that 15 times to stop auto filling several medications I no longer use. Over all they are a complete mess and come across as incompetent.

NO posted hours on door or pharmacy area! And 9 am really don’t these people get paid enough to get their asses out of bed and to work at a decent hour?

Drove 20 minutes to pick up prescription and arrived inside at pharmacy at 559, it was closed, but pharmacist employee was behind the screen counting her till she would not get my prescription for my back pain meds.  She was "sorry. "  Store manager told me they have nothing to do with the pharmacy and she couldnt help me.

I recently had to go to urgent care and was discharged at 5.40pm with a prescription to have filled before the Silverton RiteAid closed at 6. I got to RiteAid at 5.45 with the prescription only to be told thatRiteAid would not fill the prescription because it was too close to closing.  They offered an option of coming back the next morning after 9am or driving 12 miles to the next Rite aid. What!?!? I, chose Option two,  since I needed to begin the prescription that evening.   What terrible service.  This Rx wasn't complicated and was a  common Rx, easily completed.

The pharmacists are always friendly and most of the technicians know me by sight. They always say hello and have never missed or messed up on a prescription. Do expect to wait a while if you have just dropped off a prescription. If you live it of town, call in before you come so they make sure yours is ready.
