Been shopping there for quite a while. The store has gotten much cleaner & more spacious. They have had some of the same employees for years, so it feels somewhat comfortable in that aspect. They are in a challenging location, but it seems like they've been able to maintain their business fine. I've never seen anyone treated badly there. I don't have experience using their pharmacy or photo - so can't tell you anything there. They are friendly towards people with coupons. They are good about returns. Definitely don't go there after dark, just fyi.

If your not casing the place to shoplift and actually spending money your treated great. Freaks and ghouls in and out though and they distract me and the staff as well. This place ought to get a medal for still giving great service to paying customers in spite of the lumpen  proletariat. I know, I know, back to Rite Aid...yes they got it all, yes I recommend, yesif you live downtown their great.

Normal store like other Rite Aids I've been to. The only surprising thing that happened was the startlingly loud cashier when I checked out. He joked a little too much with the customer in front of me and then myself. When I said never mind on one item he tossed it about two registers down and it missed the box, slapped on the floor and went sliding. Just surprising customer service that day I guess.

Good selection, friendly staff, bright and clean store. Only complaint was the wait for the restroom due to the homeless, but that is not the store's fault.

Karen, the technician in the pharmacy, spoke to me in a very rude and condescending manner. I never write reviews, and I never call to complain because normally I feel like it's too much effort, but Karen's behavior was so astonishing to me that I actually felt compelled to do this. I was completely surprised that a grown, mature woman would actually think it was appropriate to speak that way to somebody. I was never rude, abrasive, or even short with her whatsoever. She got frustrated that her card reader was not reading my card, and decided it was appropriate to take her anger out on me during our interaction. I promptly took all of my prescriptions back and will not ever be doing business at a Rite Aid again. Walgreens is actually polite, and there's plenty of those around.
