I've been a customer of this Rite Aid for over 20 years and never had a problem until the last handful of months. 
They never have my prescription in stock even though I'm prescribed to never miss a day. Due to them never having it in stock, I have horrible symptoms and incredible amounts of pain. My prescription is very important to my health obviously. 
I used to love the service here so much that I didnt switch my pharmacy when I moved to Federal Way. 
Now I had to drive all the way here the past 3 days in excruciating pain for no prescription until now.

Not sure why some reviews here say that the service is bad or rude, but I have found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. I'm physically disabled and in a wheelchair, and they are always willing to help me get what I need and help me checkout. I've been very pleased!

Love RiteAids... but this location the staff is quite rude most of the time... and they have people that literally follow customers down every single isle watching. But Not to help provide Any Sort of Customer Service... just making sure You see that they see you. It's pretty Ridiculous!

Store itself is fine, but the parking lot has been a nightmare of garbage and homeless for years. Extremely dangerous and unwelcoming, especially at night. Rite Aid obviously doesn't care, or else they would have done something about this mess.

Clean store but too many homeless people hanging out front and in the parking lot to feel safe here.
