Came In late the other night to get cough medicine for my baby. I ended up forgetting my I'D at home so I had to go back home and get it. Normally i would be annoyed with having to drive all the way home for an I'D to get my baby cough medicine but the guy who checked me out at the register (Jacob) was really polite and friendly, and had the best customer service I've ever encountered. If I'd have been working in his spot if normally let someone slide with something like getting a baby cough medicine , but he was very polite in letting me know  he couldn't sell the medicine without a valid I'D. His great attitude really made me see the positive that he was doing his job correctly by not being able to sell to me without my ID. I went home and got it, but just his great service made me not even upset that I had to go home to get my ID but happy that he was up late too but with an awesome attitude. Thank you Rite Aid for the great customer service !

I had to give it 1 star i didn't want to do that this pharmacy is a joke... They tell you 30 min i wait an hour to go back just to be told another 5 minutes so i wait 10 minutes go back to be told another 15 minutes are you freaking kidding me I've been waiting since 445 i do have a family to get home to i do have a job to get to while everyone's in the pharmacy laughing playing around having a good ol time get it together... I have a broken tail bone i doubt want to keep having to come back i want to go home I'm still actually sitting here waiting

I’d  give  negative stars if I could. I’ve been getting phone many calls from this store for many months regarding a pickup order. I’ve never shopped here, nor live near here, therefore I’ve never placed an order with this store. When I called to resolve these very annoying phone calls I was placed on hold until I finally hung up. For sure I’ll never shop here now, not after such poor customer service.

A lady today (this is 4mos now) told me 1-hour so I gave it 3 hrs. SHOW UP AND YET AGAIN I HAVE TO WAIT 30 MIN. THIS STORE NEEDS HELP.
