I love Rite Aids in general because they have almost anything you could need without it being a warehouse. The different items they cover with 2 or 3 choices of each impress me every time I need something. This store has an exceptionally friendly staff. Are very helpful. And keep an on you in case you need help but don't make you feel like your untrusted. I don't care for shopping at all but the convenient parking and quick assessability to what you need makes this is my 1# store. Thanks guys.

I have nothing against the store in itself and I've always wanted to go there as opposed to the Walgreens and CVS nearby.  They have great products that you see only in there.  My problem is with the pharmacy only at this branch.  I wanted to go there, as is rooting for the underdog (let's face it they are only one among the pharmacy stores in this area).  I've always been going there and so far have known the weekend pharmacy staff (the guy with a mustache is great).  But then I had to go there in the weekday, and boy, loads of difference with the cranky ladies staff.  They try to be polite but it just shows through, especially the lady at the drop off who has a cross face.  Whenever I go there in the weekdays, the wait for refilling is long and the pharmacist won't even talk to you.  I just don't feel welcome there.  No worries though, I just won't ever, ever, ever come back (yup it is that bad)..  Anyways, there are still 2 other same pharmacy stores in the area, especially the CVS - I feel so welcome there.

I go here because it's near where I work.  My last three visits were very frustrating.  They were out of my birth control,  which I take to eliminate menstrual issues... So,  the three day lag caused me to have severe pain and cramps.  The second time,  they were out of Butrans patches and it took another three days to get that in.  So,  after two weeks of fighting with the insurance and then another half week of waiting for the medicine to become in stock,  I was nearly at my wit's end.  Then,  last Thursday my doctor sent in an script for Norco  (I have a chronic pain issue).  Today is TUESDAY and it's still not in stock.  I was told it *might* be in tomorrow. 

So,  I find the lack of inventory control and poor management of be a huge issue.  I should not have to wait days and days for common medications.
