I really liked the pavilion area there. I was given a party and it was great. I will be back again when I get a chance.

nice stage/amphitheater bowl on the water however i will never return to north charleston. this is the first venue in at least over a hundred visited,,, i have ever been frisked by a female prior to entry. while i understand the need to ensure no weapons are brought in,,, that’s easily accomplished by a wand. the screeners at riverfront are “overzealous zero-skilled out of control lunatics” with no supervision or person with common sense in charge to rein them in! the cops sit back and watch this injustice which would surely make the 6’oclock news in most other jurisdictions. the parking lot security are equivalent to the screeners and pushed everyone out of the lot as soon as show was over. These idiots stole the fun from what could have been a great place. Hey Widespread Panic and co. scratch this one off the list right beside Pelham! Hey North Charleston community,,wanna know why your city is a ghost town,,,,go figure!

I have been going to the festival on the 4th for the last 5 years and the fireworks were outstanding. The music this year was not as good as in other years. I would be willing to pay a little to go to the event if we can get better bands and talent.

I really like this park. Nice shade coverage, great view, supports our military, all around great place to hang.

Every time they have a event there the peoole coming in always are rude and unfriendly. Most of the grounds keepers are not friendly and the just mean mug at you. They don't wave and/or say hey how are you doing. Most of the grounds keepers are white. One guy waves and smiles and he is Africa-American. The white grounds keepers don't treat you like human being.
