Chris, the Funeral Director and his wife, Felicia, patiently and supportively helped with every detail. Professional and personable, available on short notice, amazingly knowledgable, efficient, and very caring; qualities that make a huge difference at such a time. At every turn, including other connected processes, Chris and Felicia contributed, helping in every situation above and beyond any request I made, and helping in the same way with elements I had no prior awareness of. Whether flowers, death certificates, working with vital records, legal processes, memorial services, burial, and several other aspects, they simplified, paved the way, and even kept things very affordable. They do things right; their service is outstanding in every way. They quickly gained my trust and kept it. They get my highest praise. Thank you, Chris, Felicia, and the staff at Riverside.
