We had a great experience buying a new car here! We called ahead about a specific model we were interested in and they held it for us. Denis was very friendly and took the time to answer our questions. The buying process was quick and easy, as was picking up the car. We felt well-cared for and would really recommend this dealership! They have two adorable pigs in the back of the building as well.
Took my 2020 Sorento in because of a check engine light and a misfire. By the time I dropped it off the light went off and my Sorento was no longer misfiring. I called the service Dept and explained the issue and was advised to dropped it. When the issue started I immediately took photos of the check engine light on and since I have a scanner I scanned the computer and found 3 codes. Multiple misfire, Misfire cylinder 5 & 6. But the weirdest thing was that the truck magically fixed itself. While at the services they weren’t able to find a code in the computer even though I took photos of the issued and forward them to Jenn. Jenn was great and was keeping me in the loop. They weren’t able to find to cause of the vehicle suddenly misfiring but, I was very pleased with the service. My truck is driving well but wish I knew what could of cause the sudden misfire and magically fixed itself lol
I've been servicing my SUV with Kia since 2016. The Kia Service Team has always been phenomenal!! Jenn, in service is my agent and has always been informative and extremely helpful, in scheduling me when service is needed and answering questions related to my vehicle. absolutely luv her Also Mike, who used to work is service was also my go to guy who assisted me tremendously with past service issues. These staff members always made me feel welcome anytime I came into the dealership and are just AMAZING!! I love bringing my vehicle to Kia! It's always a thorough and pleasant experience!! MERRY CHRISTMAS GUYS!!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!
Napoli has become family.They are one of the best dealerships thus far. Customer service is always provided above and beyond. If there is an issue they always try their best to re-solve so that you leave worry free and happy. Very friendly environment/atmosphere between sales and parts. I've been with them almost 6 years and not 1 complain. It's about deliverance and they truly exceed the expectations. I love you guys.
I bought my car this weekend and this dealership was the best. They had great customer service all around and great options on cars. The whole team was amazing. I felt welcomed and everyone greeted me when I walked in the door. Dallas was so patient listening to what I was looking for in a car. If you need a car I suggest going here. Ask for Dallas he is the best!!!

I came to Napoli Kia looking for a car and the 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid was the perfect one. The service from Dennis was amazing and quick! He went over everything that I needed to know about the car as well as going over the functions which was very helpful. The car leasing process was very smooth. I would never purchase a car here again, we bought a car back in the February of this year and after one week the car broke down we didn’t have the car for first 3 weeks and now the car breaks down every other month. This is so frustrating and nobody has really done anything there to help, the car stays in the shop for weeks at a time and we are stuck with no mode of transportation back and forth to work. I had better cars at buy here pay here lots and I feel as though the loan should be payed off because we definitely was sold a lemon!
The work that was done was excellent, when all is said and done, however when I called to check on the status of my vehicle earlier in the day, they had no idea where my car was let alone the status on the work that had to be done. Everything turned out fine I just think that they need some improvement with communication. This is the reason for the 3 star review. Next time I hope to give a 5 star review. A revised review for Napoli Indoor Kia. And by the way they do get read . I do think that I was a bit hasty in the previous comment, so I did revise the review.
Bought a used car in 2020. The car wasn't in perfect shape but had low miles and one owner. When viewing the car, I noticed there was paint peeling. I asked them to fix the paint before I purchased, which they did. Not even 6 months later, all of the paint they "fixed" started peeling off, even worse than when I first saw the vehicle. I reached out numerous times to the salesman who always told me to bring it back but whenever I would try to bring it back they would tell me I need to make an appointment. The problem with that was that they never had appointments available and wanted me to leave the car for a week without a guarantee that it would be back within a week. I called the service shop and they told me "this car was never serviced for this paint" and "they had zero records of the paint being fixed". I dealt with them for months, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I regret that now. Fast forward to foray, I've barely had the car for a year and the paint looks absolutely horrendous. It's peeling all over where they were supposed to fix the paint. I took it to another shop for a quote. Because the shop that "fixed" my paint originally did such a horrendous job, it will cost me $2,500 to fix underlying issues with the paint as well as the new paint job. If you're buying a used car from here, think twice. Service is great when you're buying the car, but you better hope not to run into any issues after you leave their dealership. They will leave you high and dry with a ridiculous bill to fix the issues they caused and won't think twice about it.
