Great service experience! I was traveling to CT and really needed a tire rotate and an air filter that I couldn't get in my home state before I left. I walked in and the very friendly Service Advisor did everything possible to make sure I had a fantastic experience. They got me right in and finished quickly. Good service is hard to find these days and I'm really picky about my Jeep, and this dealership did not disappoint.
I recently purchased a new 2022 Jeep Wrangler and had an exceptional experience with the team in Milford. Greg W from the sales team had such great energy and expertise, and made me feel more like family than a customer I highly recommend working with him! Fantastic customer service. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. No fuss at all, and they helped me find the exact vehicle I was searching for and made it a very seamless and quick process. Thank you Milford team for such a great experience!
Had a Terrible experience having my truck serviced there! Took my truck to get looked at because the radio was not working correctly, the radio kept blacking out, and Navigation would stay loading and radio would not turn off, had this concern for a while and during the warranty period of my truck. Even though I had this concern during the time of warranty they did nothing to help me out. Even though they knew it was a bad radio unit. I took the truck on a trip out of state after vehicle being there and continued to have issues with the radio and navigation. Vehicle died while I was out of state, radio stayed on and kept rebooting itself, causing the battery to die. Once the car finally started I was able to take the truck home. Took the truck there to get looked at after having issues out of state and the check engine was on and they told me that the first available appointment was in September 1st. Even though this was a very big issue and an emergency. The staff was careless and never got back to me about my concerns on my vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anyone. As they are a complete disappointment.
Just purchased a vehicle here from salesman Greg W. From the moment we spoke on the phone, Greg was very nice treating me "like family". He picked me up from the train station which was most considerate of him. When I saw the car, it looked brand new thanks to Greg. He had his best detail person go over the car with a fine toothcomb. Presentation is so important. Greg took his time to go over all the car's features, and even followed up with a phone call after the sale to make sure I was happy with the car. Greg was super professional during the entire process. I would also like to say thank you to Ferdous for her help, and the finance manager. There was no pressure at all, its a great dealership, and I will recommend this place to anyone! Thanks Greg and Milford Auto Group!
Amazing experience. Carl was very helpful and attentive to my needs. I had an oil change and tire rotation done. $129 total for my Jeep Compass 2019 which takes Synthetic Oil. Definitely will be back
This is simply the finest dealership anywhere. First of all it is family owned and every member of the family actually works there. One of the owners, Bob Fedor, personally oversaw the purchase of our new Ram. He was 100% available and was in the background throughout our entire experience making sure everything went perfectly. He is honest, caring, and completely forthright. By the time we picked up our new Ram we felt like we were a part of his family. Our salesman, Mark Setaro, couldn’t have been more professional or helpful. Mark was knowledgeable about every aspect of our purchase and helped me from start to finish making himself available at all times even when he wasn’t working. Buying a new vehicle can be extremely stressful, however, when you have a professional such as Mark guiding you through the process it is anything but. The purchase of our 2022 Ram Rebel was a surprise gift for my wife and Mark and Bob went to great lengths to make it all happen. I can not express how appreciative I am to them both or what a great experience this has been.
As always my experience was great. They fixed the problem and turn around time was quick. Jessica took great care of me. I recommend anyone needing Jeep service in the New Haven area to go here!
