My daughter was married in July of last year. She dropped her two piece wedding gown off here for cleaning and possible restoration. They lost the cocktail dress part of the gown. The owner did compensate her for the dress, but that by no means makes up for the lost of a family heirloom.

Zero stars. This place is terrible! Absolutely terrible service! We had a house fire and our insurance company contacted this place to clean our items. Multiple times came back not cleaned, damaged, and not all items were returned. We were also given other customers items. When we told them they were not our items, the employee said it was ok we could keep them if we wanted!! What?! Really?! We said no, those items belong to someone and we will not take them. Also, many items were shrunk and they will not pay to have the damaged items replaced! Do not use this company!!!

I went there on a Saterday because of their 25% off deal,I dropped off a $288 pair of Rock Jeans I had just got as a Gift for Valentine's Day and my boyfriends $400 Ralph Laurn jacket mind you I didn't tell him I was taking it to the cleaners because he would have told me to go to his normal cleaners that is all they way across town, I was told to come back Thursday to pick up my clothes but if I was a day or so late that would be okay.I came in Friday morning to pick up both items only to be told that the $400 jackets was not there and that it "Might have" got sent to the other shop and that they will call me after contacting the other shop.Today is Sunday and I haven't heard anything so Monday morning I am going to be going up there to see what's going on I'm scared that they will say something like they don't know where it is or and I'm hoping nun of there co-works ceased the opportunity to take it home if it is not found I will be pressing charges. Also when I found out it "could" be at a different shop I asked one of the works if she was sure I would be getting it back she replied that they will call around and let me know.so as of now they knelt get 1 star I will add on to this and let you guys know if my item is returned 

UPDATE
today the 28th of March I went up there because nobody calls me back every time I called up there.The lady told me that they can't find it and someone will send me a clam by email in the next 3-4 days so we will see I mean a $200 Polo Jacket ain't up and walk away I'm very upset and I am going to report them to the BBB

We have been going there for years. Staff has always been awesome. Best place to get your jeans startched.  Never had a bad experience in the 10 years we have used them.

They lost a really nice blanket have no idea where it went. I called many time the owner would never call me back even after she told the employee she would. They never offered me any money back. The blanket cost over $100.00 and was only used for 6 months. Do not use them!!!!!!
