Good cleaners, and they follow instructions. Prices were awesome when it used to be Concord Cleaners, but now they're pretty much standard dry cleaning prices in the city. The only competition (Robinson's) is light years behind in cleaning quality and customer service.

They're always polite, provide great quality services. I trust there work completely. I would NOT go anywhere else. They are extremely nice at the nifong location off Peachtree.

A disappointment. To preface, let me say that I take responsibility for dropping off a garment that I needed the same week. That said, I chose Tiger Cleaners because of the great reviews, and the Chapel Hill location specifically due to the proximity to my husband's work and his ability to drop off and pick up sans our two year old. My husband dropped my dress off this past Tuesday 10/1/13, pointing out two spots on the dress that needed attention. He was told it would be ready Thursday 10/3/13 at 4PM. Perfect. I didn't need it until Friday. Upon pick up on Thursday, my husband noticed one spot was gone but that the other, a small light smudge of make up, was actually more pronounced and looked, as my husband described it, like a darker coffee stain . He inquired as to what had happened and was told that some of the chemicals they use to clean can spread stains because it's not traditional washing. He reminded them that he had noted the area during drop off and asked what attention had been given to actually treat the stain. The cashier then questioned the "stain person" (because apparently there is such a thing) who said they hadn't even looked at it. At this point, Tiger Cleaners had my dress for two days and only did a portion of what was asked of them, and that was apparently by accident because the stain person did not give any attention to any part of the dress. My husband explained that the dress was needed the following afternoon, and after a brief discussion amongst cleaner staff, my husband was told that it would be ready the following morning 10/4/13 at the 8th and Locust location. Well, today is Friday, 10/4/13, and this morning my husband received a phone call saying that the dress would in fact NOT be ready. We are leaving this afternoon to an out of town engagement party where the dress was to be worn. Had we known from the start that this would not work with our time frame, it would be understandable. But twice, my husband was told the dress would be ready, and twice it was not. Inexcusable.
