This is a great sunny getaway for the whole family of all ages. Trails are easy and not so hilly. It is also stroller/ buggy accessible. Fantastic way to get some fresh air and get in touch with nature. Just need to pay $6 for the parking but beyond 5.30pm it comes free. I love the foresty and scenic views. I'd definitely comeback here.

A very beautiful nature reserve that I'm sure fascinates each person for different reasons, also depending on when they come; for instance I happened upon many many turtles which was quite unexpected for me. The birds showed up in enthusiastic quantities as always. Also, I did run 10 or 15 K race here many years ago and it was nice as well

Beautiful beautiful place! My first time there. I own a meditation and Taichi studio in Scarsdale, i took my students for a hike and training here. We walked around the lake and stop at several sites for meditation and practice. It has a very calm and stable vibration. Very open and clear space, quiet and family oriented! You can’t ride your bike there anymore though, so all feet work! But worth it. Good place to get away and connect with yourself! A must visit!

Beautiful walking paths with views of the Hudson River.  The park is adjacent to the railroad tracks so occasionally you will see a rail car that is moving along the river.  There is a amazing view of the TZ bridge.  The park is balance of the beauty of nature side by side with the means of modern transportation.

Nice park. Easy walk. Just need to wait 10-15 mins in line to get parking ticket from the machine.
