Beautiful campground. I love how it's laid out. We are not right on top of other RV's. They also have a propane filling tank on site. Super convenient. Becky and Larry are the owners. Very nice people!!!

This was our first time here but the 9.5 rating by Good Sam is dead on. Nice people and very quiet because it’s well removed from I95. If you must have a full hookup site it may not suit you but for one night it was not an issue for us and there are two dump stations so no waiting issue.

We have stayed here for awhile.  They did have an issue with the water smelling bad, but it is an area thing, not just the park.  They have corrected the issue with the odor.  It is in the middle of a farm.  There is a cow pasture and animals next door.  It is incredible to get up in the mornings and hear the rooster crowing and the birds chirping.  The park is kept very clean.  It is very quiet and safe.  You are 1/2 hour to Summerville which has all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment you would want.  Or, you can go to Charleston which is about 45 minutes to an hour.  The owners are great.  I would highly recommend this park and have to many of my RV friends.

Pro's good price, fishing pond, lot's of area's to play and walk dogs. Nice people, no traffic noise.
Con's the WiFi does not work most of the time. Also my Cell phone data goes in and out. (Don't know why). Not close to major cities. 
Just a place to get away from the rat race.

Have stayed here many times and always a nice experience. The facilities are very clean and staff friendly. Only problem was their internet service....was never able to connect.
