This was an incredible experience and great for friends and families of all ages.  The guides were professional and friendly.  It was 5 star service even though we were camping.  The food was amazing every single night.  The entire trip was perfectly planned and organized.  I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I would recommend Rocky Mountain River Tours to anyone wanting to take this unbelievable trip down the middle fork of the Salmon River.  The guides were personable, entertaining, excellent cooks, accommodating and fun.  We were fortunate to have great weather, which made the experience even better.  If in the future, I am able to take this trip again, with this company, I will do it in a heartbeat.

We just got off the river today after a 6 day trip on the main Salmon river. We took our four kids with ages ranging from 8 to 14 years old. My wife, who it not an avid camper and worries excessively, had her reservations about such a remote adventure is now one of RMRT's biggest fans. We loved how well taken care of we were by the guides. They prepared a delicious cuisine and  instructed us in everything we did in order to be safe and have a blast. They even set up our tents and provide sleeping gear. I need to mention how fun and patient the guides were with our kids because they went above and beyond. Our trip had an unusual amount of kids, 12, all well behaved but they required a different kind of attention than adults do.
While on the river, we particularly liked taking turns on the SUP (stand up paddle board) and also in the duckies (double and single inflatable kayaks). At camp we enjoyed games, exploring, swimming, a talent show, hiking, fishing, and frisbee on the beach.
The Salmon river is such a beautiful, wild and tranquil place. Our only regret is that we could not convince our best friends to come with us.

Just finished the September 10th Middle Fork rafting trip.  The guides were fantastic , helpful, courteous, and always cared about our comfort. The food  they prepared was excellent. It was a fun group lots of laughs and interesting conversation. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
