Pretty much the kind of service you'd expect. We were really impressed with the product too! We had our foundation sprayed with their special rubberized membrane and covered with a fabric wrapped drainage mat they have with a fabric wrapped drain at the base of the foundation footing.

The only thing that wasn't so impressive was that they didn't bother to seal the top of the mat, which was cut open to size it for the height of the foundation (which drops as it goes toward the back of the home). This meant we had to seal it on our own to keep dirt from literally just falling directly into the fabric wrapped drainage mat. Kinda would have defeated the purpose.

Still - great experience overall, and they were very helpful answering questions and so forth. Would absolutely recommend them first.
