We were completely pleased with ServPro in every respect. The cleanup and restoration services were fast efficient and the end result is perfect. All the people who worked in our home were respectful, competent, and completely trustworthy. Being able to allow them to work without us having to be there made the process more convenient and speedy. The daily communication process was also smooth and responsive. We appreciated knowing who was coming, when they would arrive and what work was to be done. They lived up to everything that they said they would do. We are very happy we contacted them when our emergency happened. I hope we never have to use their service again, but if we do I would not hesitate to call them or to recommend them to others

Servpro of West Jordan was efficient and respectful and did beautiful work. Joy was great to work with and always made sure We knew what was happening. Juan has a great team and followed up on making sure that everything was done to our satisfaction.  It was as painless a process that you could have after a disaster!  Thanks to Rico, T, Joy, Juan and everyone else that put our home back together again.

Servpro did an excellent job for us.  They took the time they needed to assess the damage to our house and make sure it was properly repaired.  Juan and his team acted as advocates for us with the insurance company to make sure we got the full value of our claim.  Rico did highly detailed and conscientious repairs.  His work was awesome.  I highly recommend Servpro of West Jordan.
