I have never written a review of any company before but my experience with this company has pushed me to complete one.  They were quick to give a quote which I thought was reasonable.  The communication if any was left desirable.   The main lady in the office was rude and rather cruel to work with.  She would often would hang up on me and told me they would not want my business.  I would give this company 0 out of 5 stars.   If you are going to work with the public you need public speaking and relation skills.  This company lacks all of the above.  I would think really hard about having this company do any work for me.

The reviews about poor communication & lack of professionalism are similar to mine. The company & sales rep verbally committed to a job & time frame but did not take responsibility for delays or communicate effectively in order for me to co-ordinate efficiently with my other landscape contractors. I had to make efforts to communicate with the company each time they did not show up or were delayed. They did not apologize for the delays. Lack of communication & lack of respect for my time is my primary grievance.
To be fair the quality of the workmanship & products is good. The price was fair. Unfortunately the customer experience was poor.

I have never written a review online but my experience with this company has warranted it and my job isn't even complete. They were more than happy to get me a quick quote and take 50% of the money to start the project, however, it's been nearly a month and I'm still waiting for its completion. It's not the delay in the project that has me reviewing them though, it's the awful customer service. My rep is rude and short and when I asked if I could speak to the owner I was told he was one! If the owner of the company can't bother with customer service why would I expect it in anyone else? I live in a new neighborhood, with large yards, where several neighbors are asking about which fence company I used, so they can get quotes, and I've told them NOT to use Vinyl Fence Connection. Wish I'd chosen differently. And I wish my job gets done before the summer is over.

I have had multiple vinyl fences installed and this experience was by far the best. The sales rep Joe O'Keefe and his install crew were very responsive and professional, keeping me informed in the process every step of the way. The price and quality can not be beat and I could not be happier with the end product
