Moved into a new house and Titan had done both A/C units. First day I needed cold air and it was a little warmer than I’m used too. Called the office and a nice lady had a technician out later that day. Justin was very nice and fixed everything under warranty (1 year full warranty, 5 years on parts). It was a bad little valve was all, but he took the time to test everything on both units and made sure the Freon charge was up to date. Great service, wonderful technician. 

I used Main Street Heating and air once at my old house, and this service was a night and day difference.

Titan Heating and Air Conditioning was a pleasure to work with. I used them for a new furnace and AC unit. All communication was stellar throughout the entire process. The pricing was about 10% lower than other bids I received. I would highly recommend and I will use again in the future - if needed.

Never again.   I called Titan, to request an install of a cooling unit, since they did the one next door to me and I was told Brandon was who I should to talk to. I called and left messages at least 6 times, they all were apparently ignored except for one, where Brandon said he was too busy and would have one of his other guys handle it. Guess what? He never called either! Big surprise. At least they could told me up front that they have no time for new customers, instead of wasting 6 weeks of my project schedule.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Our air conditioner stopped cooling with temperatures between 90-100 degrees outside. We originally had a different company come out and they quoted us $600+ to fix the problem. Feeling discouraged, we contacted Titan who worked extra hard to find an appointment time to fit our schedules. The technician was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to inform us of what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Titan charged only a fraction of what the other company quoted and our air conditioner works great! They now have a customer for life.

Their employees are rude, impolite and swear so much. I would not recommend them as a service. Find someone else.
