This store is an amazing place to shop for something that’s important to you. The staff is so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They will help you find exactly what you’re looking for and make sure it’s perfect! Wouldn’t buy jewelry anywhere else!

I was pleased with the selection and service in-store. Over the phone on the other hand I had a complete opposite experience. I was told my bill due date would be extended with no penalty to my credit. Two days later I was alerted that my credit score dropped 52 points because of “late payment”. This is the reason I will not be a home owner for another 6-8 months while I repair my credit. The lady over the phone gave false information when she told me I will not be penalized with a late payment. I hope my credit burrow can straighten your mistake out.

I've had to send a $3500 ring out 3 different times, I've only had it since Aug. They seem to have it more than I do. The jewelries quality definitely doesn't match the price. It's unfortunate. I will not buy another piece from here again.

Stopped in to look at a ring for my wife and the lady noticed that my personal ring was defective and eligible for a replacement under warranty (even though I didn’t buy it here). I paid to have the new ring resized and she took care of the rest. I had my replacement ring in just a couple weeks. Needless to say, I’ll be shopping here for my wife’s next ring. That kind of customer service will get my business every time.

Above all else, the service here was fantastic. They called me by name on arrival and all knew the story of my proposal. Beautiful ring and necklace but I just can't say enough good about their staff.
