Purchased a ring for my girlfriend. Got a great price but when I went to get it resized they made it the wrong size, I had to wait longer, and they just caused wear and tear on the ring. They should of gave me a new one and kept the one they already resized. Slightly unprofessional with attitude when I called. I won't be coming back.

This Rodger & Hollands in Chicago Ridge Mall, have the best customer service. Carol and Linda are always willing and ready to help. I love coming here even just to pay on my account. Thank you ladies for all your help.

Told I could come back and resize the ring free of charge. Bought the life time warranty for $120 for a ring. Came back and was told I had to pay $50 and wait 6 weeks to get it resized. Never did they say it could be resized for free to only a certain size. Would definitely think twice about coming back.
