So I visited a couple different stores before I decided on Rogers. The staff at Rogers was friendly and welcoming. There was one in particular, TRISTA, she was such a great help and VERY patient with me during the ring buying process. I bugged her more than any sane ring buyer probably should and she was always more than happy to help, and take another ring out of the case for me. If there is anybody on the fence about where to go jewelry shopping I highly recommend you go check out Rogers. Then I even more highly recommend that seek out Trista, even though you won’t have to cause she will greet you with a smile. Thanks Rogers and thanks Trista for all of your help! You’ve got a loyal customer here!

This is an amazing business that is concerned with making sure each customer is happy and content with there purchase. They made sure with each one of my purchases that I was well informed on the rings and how much I would be paying for them. The sales Rep made sure to offer me the best deal he could at the time with any promotions. My wife and I go back for our ring checks for our warranty and we are always made felt welcome and genuinely cared for with each visit. Thank you to Connor and the rest of the staff at the Reno store for all there great work!!

Rogers has the most incredible customer service.  They treat everyone with such kindness and respect.  They have been wonderful to my eighty year old mother who has a wedding set that my dad purchased in 1954 at Rogers in downtown Reno.  I would recommend Rogers to anyone looking to buy quality jewelry from a perfectly qualified staff!

I came in for repairs to my wedding ring and I was greeted as I came in the door by Trista.  She listened as I explained what was needed and took care of me immediately.  She also let me know the cost of the repairs right then so I wouldn't be surprised. She gave me the time frame and I was pleased that I received a call telling me my ring was ready right when she said it would be!  Trista is very professional and helpful and I will definitely come back to your store.
