Jodi at Rogers was awesome. We came in on short notice 4 days before our wedding. My husband to be had a very large ring size. Jodi and the talented jeweler at Rogers took care of everything in 45 minutes. We left there with our rings and were married on 12/2/17. Thanks to Jodi and Rogers for making our special day special!!!

This is the place you when you have forgotten to get something for your wife's birthday or your anniversary, and you need something special and/or specific that same day.  These guys will do whatever it takes to help.  They have taking gems out of other jewelry and mounted it in new sets that same day (they have on site jeweler and lots of inventory).  This place is top notch--you can get everything from high end to lab made stuff here and it all looks great.

Jodi made  buying an engagement set of rings a very memorable experience. She took her time and I thought no pressure to buy. She's very knowledgeable and thoughtful.

Walked in to get my moms wedding ring cleaned. 4 females behind the counter, no one says hello or we will be right with you. When finally ask what In for they tell us we have to wait for another person. Brunette older lady, she comes over and tells us, "I will be right with you, I have to just change my shoes." (She changes her shoes in front of us) 
What kind of customer service is this? Did I just walk into a Dollar General? 
Very unprofessional and seem likes they have employees there that do not care about the customers.

Ruined my Christmas, and then made it worse. I ordered a necklace for my wife with daughters birthstone three weeks before Christmas. I then waited and called the Thursday before Christmas and was told the manufacturer did not receive the order and they have no necklace. I was offered a picture of the necklace in a box and 10% off, which frankly was kind of insulting. I said no and asked to cancel and refund. Refund was processed over the phone and I was told it would take a day or two to see it in my account. It is now the Tuesday after Christmas with no refund. I called to see what is taking so long and I am now told 7 to 10 days. I couldn't buy my wife something new until I get refund so I look like an idiot to my wife right now. I loved Rogers and always shopped there for my wife. I didn't want to write this, I wanted to let it go, but after the 7 to 10 days remark, i am done with Rogers. I've had other refunds show up as pending in my account hours after processing, so im not being told something. At this point the story must be told so here I am. I would recommend shopping somewhere else.
