I just bought myself a Rolex from Sherman & Sons and I had a truly wonderful experience! Maria is such a nice person and she knows how to take care of her customers. When I told her I would be coming in the next day to buy myself a new watch for my birthday, she had balloons and a birthday cake waiting for me! They also gave me a great price. They have earned a lifelong customer!

I was amazed! They didn't charge me anything for replacing the battery in an old watch because it didn't look like it was reliably keeping time.

TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS.... I brought a watch in for a new battery, the salesperson said there was something wrong with the watch and it had to be sent back to the manufacturer, charging me $25 for shipping cost. 6 weeks later they call and said the watch needed a total overhaul and it would cost $375 to fix so i declined and asked for the watch back which took another 6 weeks to get ugh. 
went to Saunders Jewelers in Flemington who took the watch into the backroom replaced the battery and seal for $15 and it now works good as new.
