Today I was able to shovel snow without any hesitation, not just for myself, but for my neighbors.  I’m getting stronger everyday with the help of my new Trebel family.  At 71 years old,  l am having a life changing experience....Thank you so much!

Trebel provides a great community and knowledgeable coaches. I love that I am being "pushed" but in a safe environment. I know I am not going to walk out of a class injured, which can't be said about all crossfit gyms. I have seen noticeable improvement in overall strength and in my ability to push through tough situations. I highly recommend Trebel if you are looking for a place that will guide and encourage you to be your best without "agro" competitiveness.

I recently moved back to Blacksburg after a "hiatus" in North Carolina.  One of the first things I looked for after moving back was a gym.  After talking with a friend who has been going to Trebel for several years, I stopped in and met Jesse, who is an owner and one of the coaches.  He stressed total wellness and the fact that Trebel teaches you the right way to work out for a healthy lifestyle- they don't just train you to be a gym rat.  I've been going to Trebel for a few months now and am SO glad I did.  Classes are tough but modifiable to each individual's skill level, and the coaches do a great job making sure that you're doing the movements correctly.  The other participants are very helpful and friendly -- it's basically a judge-free zone!

My first month at Trebel has been great.  Working from the start with a personal coach to optimize the experience to meet my personal goals and abilities has made for a smooth transition into group classes.  The workouts are challenging, but the coaches always provide a variety of options to suit everyone in class.  They definitely take care of everyone individually – rather than a one size fits all approach.   Looking forward to expanding my horizons with Trebel!
