Great place. I always feel like I'm in good hands at Ron's. The only complaint I could have is that they're always really busy for a small shop.

Ron's Auto is a longstanding business in Brookings due to the remarkable service they provide.  You won't find another repair shop around like it. Customer for life!

Ron's auto body was originally recommended to me, but after working with them, I will never take a vehicle back or suggest them to a friend. From day one, they were highly unorganized. They had to call me multiple times to get information on my vehicle because they had "lost and mis placed the sticky notes" on which they had already written it down. After giving the shop a full week AFTER they said they would have my car in shop and looked at, I called in. They hadn't even looked at my car. I called in four days later, and they still hadn't. Through the whole process, i was promised my car would be looked at on four separate occasions, and it never was, and they never once took the time to notify me about their schedule changes. It took me over a month to finally get my vehicle back. Do not take  a vehicle here if you expect a prompt vehicle repair or a truthful time line. Very disappointed.
